The use of TV for Mass Media?  According to Sporting Intelligence 1.4 billion households (out of 1.9 billion) have a television set, meaning that the reach of TV is very significant. In sub-Saharan Africa, only about 25% of households have access according to World Band statistics (https://data.worldbank.org/).

How can I do it? Much like radio, there is a large number of TV stations across the world who can be contacted to work with. However there is also the option of producing your own TV content and posting it online (like Alex Mathenge) through video-sharing social media sites like YouTube. It’s fairly cheap and easy to film TV-type content (see ‘Film’ section) and it is free to upload to YouTube.
